Refund and Returns Policy

At Sarocar, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used electronics
  • Custom orders or special items
